I work where biological complexity meets therapeutic decisions.

My background spans antibody immunotherapies, precision oncology, developmental neurobiology and computational tool building. Across those settings, my role is consistent: structure ambiguous questions, connect evidence across modalities and communicate what the data can—and cannot—support.

Profile

Computational biologist with 6+ years across industry and academia.

I combine deep biological context with hands-on analysis and software engineering. That means I can move from experimental design and QC to multi-omic integration, statistical modelling, interpretation and a result that an experimental or clinical team can use.

I hold a PhD in Bioinformatics and two MSc degrees in Bioinformatics & Biostatistics and Molecular Biology. I have worked in Spain, Germany, the United Kingdom and Sweden, and collaborate comfortably across disciplines and cultures.

  • Lead multi-omic analysis across the BI-1206 anti-FcγRIIB and BI-1808 anti-TNFR2 antibody programs, connecting patient, mouse and in-vitro evidence.
  • Resolve response mechanisms, immune-cell states and tissue niches using scRNA-seq, CITE-seq, spatial transcriptomics, bulk RNA-seq, proteomics and clinical metadata.
  • Support target validation, biomarker strategy, patient selection and go/no-go decisions while building reusable AWS/HPC analysis environments.
